How Can One Benefits From Being Best Dark Management Victims

Dark Management

Basically, the relations between the best dark managers and their victims rely on these 5 conditions:

  1. The victims sincerely feel deeply that they’re achieving their highest values so they’re willing to be manipulated by the best dark managers at all costs
  2. The victims are always maximizing the benefits and self interests of the best dark managers along the way(even though it’s still largely a win-win)
  3. The victims feel that they can only succeed by being willingly manipulated by the best dark managers while the latter can always immediately replace the former with someone else(so the former depends deeply on the latter)
  4. The best dark managers always know the precise limits of(and also better than) the victims so the latter will always be sustainable and productive
  5. The victims will never be irreversibly uncontrollable threats towards the best dark managers so the latter don’t have to get rid of the former later

As far as I know, that’s the ultimate form of manipulation, as it seems to be the most scientific, stable and sustainable way to exploit the others. After all, every mastermind dreams to have everyone else being always authentically obeying the former fully without the former costing anything significant.

The best dark managers are just so good at aligning the interest of their victims that some might even want to be such victims deliberately. If we also want to be some of them, here’s what we need to know and prepare first:

  1. We must be willing to let go of most of our ordinary lives, as we’ll have to forget about work life balance in order to achieve our highest values under the manipulation of the best dark managers. In other words, we’ll become sustainable workaholics who are all about achieving values and successes. This implies that being the victims of the best dark managers isn’t for everyone, especially not for those who care about their families the most. This also isn’t for those who value tangible benefits like power, praise nor prosperity, as we’ll likely constantly work overtime while being underpaid.
  2. We need to have a solid understanding on the details of the values we’re supposed to achieve, otherwise we’d risk getting in the way of the best dark managers’ self interests, even though the latter will likely reroute us long before that happens. Also, we need to realize that the best dark managers actually don’t care about our best interests one bit, so we need to be realistic about the relationships with them — Our self interests are just aligned with those of them. While the best dark managers can give better emotional supports to ourselves than we do, it’s still not about caring us, but about how much benefits they can get, even when we deserve those.
  3. We need to keep being dispensable victims of the best dark managers, and the latter must keep being indispensable for us, meaning that our successes shall bring out and be based on those of the best dark managers, not overshadowing them. Therefore, whenever we succeed, we should mention, at least briefly, that it’s precisely due to the invaluable nurture from the best dark managers, to ensure that the latter will remain to be the one getting the most reputations, respects and rewards. In short, our relationship with the best dark managers are never equal — We’re always under the best dark managers, even though the latter will downplay this.
  4. While the best dark managers will try their best not to exhaust us, we need to know our own limits too, or we’d risk using ourselves up instead. Therefore, whenever the best dark managers want us to rest up a bit, we don’t have to feel ashamed nor guilty, as we all need to rest at least slightly in order to have a longer journey, where our goals seem to be consistent with those of the best dark managers. Even though all those best dark managers care about is themselves, we can still feel the warmth from them, as their actions can really help us achieve our highest values well.
  5. While the best dark managers are very good at eliminating, hiding and protecting their weaknesses, they’re still not always immune to all threats. However, as long as we want to be their victims, we shouldn’t even try to make use of those weaknesses even when we manage to find at least some of them, or we’ll risk causing the best dark managers to treat us as threats. Although they’ll at first try to strengthen their brainwashing towards us, they’ll also plan for character assassinations against us just in case it’s needed, especially when we gain too much credibility and reputation.

All in all, the essence of the relationship between the best dark managers and their victims are this: The former takes most of the benefits that should’ve been taken by the latter, while the latter keeps the feeling of consistently achieving their highest values willingly by letting that happen constantly.

Unfortunately, for those wanting to be the best dark management victims, they also have to consider the following external forces pulling them out:

  1. The others, especially those caring about those victims, will point out that it’s generally unhealthy to achieve any personal value at the cost of almost everything else in life, no matter how virtuous those values are. It’s at least because according to the belief systems and core values of most ordinary people, a healthy lifestyle must be a balanced one, meaning that those victims are extreme rarities in comparison. Also, it’s highly likely, at least according to the experience of most people, that personal values will change from time to time, so it’d be a pity that those victims have achieved what they genuinely want in their lives, only to find that they also want something else but not being able to due to having sacrificed too much.
  2. At least few will probably realize that those victims are just being exploited by the best dark managers, so they’ll point out that those victims deserve to and can achieve their highest values in their lives without being manipulated by those best dark managers, so those victims should just quit. After all, even when those victims themselves don’t mind being utilized that way, the others will still want justice to be served soon, and those victims would be somehow preserving such unjust behaviors when they refuse to be independent from those best dark managers. Besides, the very feeling that those victims refuse to have more even when they totally deserve to can be a bit heartbreaking to those caring about those victims.
  3. Those seeing the truth that, even when those victims can really get what they want, they’re still just cash cows for the best dark managers, meaning that the latter have never respected the former as people with hearts and souls. Usually, a healthy relationship can only be possible when both sides are equal and honest to each other, while the best dark managers aren’t only dishonest to their victims, but also “enlighten” them to be dishonest with themselves, as no one genuinely wants to be exploited by the others.
  4. While those victims will be largely sustainable even when they’re exploited by the best dark managers, sustainability isn’t the only crucial factors when it comes to healthy relationships, because otherwise such relationship and those victims would be objectified rather than humanized. On the other hand, all the apparent care coming from the best dark managers towards their victims are all just trying to preserve their sustainability, which is the only thing those best dark managers care.
  5. Those happening to know the weaknesses of the best dark managers will want their victims to cooperate with overthrowing those best dark managers with or without(depends on whether those victims will really cooperate) their victims knowing what’s really going to happen. This poses 2 problems for those wanting to be victims — Those best dark managers might be indeed overthrown even when it’s extremely unlikely, and those victims might be treated as threats and even face character assassinations by the best dark managers if those victims happen to know those weaknesses. However, it’d also be painful for those victims to treat those trying to help them as enemies, so those victims will be in a dilemma.

So when would it be advantageous for one to become a best dark manager victim? The following would be beneficial factors:

  1. If one really, really wants to achieve his/her highest values in life no matter what, but seems to be unable to do so otherwise, then he/she’d have a very, very large incentive to become a victim of the best dark managers.
  2. If the best interests of the best dark managers are aligned with the public interest, then almost every obstacles preventing one to become a victim will be largely diminished or even outright disappeared, as such victim will be effectively serving for the public interest, thus benefiting the majority. Those wanting to be martyrs can do so to bring down the public enemies.
  3. If one doesn’t value self independence or equality(i.e., treating others as superiors and letting others treat oneself as inferior) much, then being under the best dark managers will hurt a lot less. If one really wants to permanently depend on some life mentor figures, then being exploited by the best dark managers might even be one of his/her biggest dreams ever.
  4. If one doesn’t mind being objectified by the others, or even constantly objectify him/herself, then being objectified by the best dark managers might not only not hurt him/her, but also fulfill what he/she wants well.
  5. If one’s made clear that he/she doesn’t want to fight for him/herself even when he/she’s facing unjust causing him/her to suffer, then it’d be even more safe for him/her to become a victim of the best dark managers, who’ll even be less likely to treat him/her as threats later on. Also, the others will be less likely to incite him/her to break free from exploitation.

So what can those victims get from being exploited exactly? Here are some possibilities:

  1. The feel and/or truth that they’ve finally achieved self-actualization
  2. The feel and/or truth that they know how to have win-win relationships
  3. The feel and/or truth that they’ve finally found and secured their saviors
  4. The feel and/or truth that they know how to contribute well sustainably
  5. The feel and/or truth that they’re sincerely altruistic and benevolent
